I was honestly a bit reticent to book a guided hiking tour - I usually like planning my own trips but didn’t have the time or energy for this one. Tom and Maddie seriously know what they’re doing. Not only were they incredibly well planned and prepared, they were also genuinely lovely, informative guides who made every day such a joy. I came away not only having spent amazing time in nature and hiked through incredible, varied, and beautiful landscapes, but also having met other delightful keen hikers and feeling far more knowledgeable and confident to tackle more multi-day hikes myself. Tom and Maddie have been so generous with their time and education - from gear tips to insights about the local areas and potential future hike spots - it’s clear how much passion they put into what they do. Could not recommend them more highly. Also grateful for the lovely and interesting other group members who were on the tour too, was great having options for those who wanted to go at different paces throughout - getting taught and try off track navigating was also a highlight. Get in quick before they grow even bigger and are booked out - they absolutely deserve it.
